'everything was lovely'

'The hotel has cute and trendy decor. It’s located centrally nearby many restaurants and coffee shops around. Our room was clean and spacious. Check in was easy and on point. We had no issues with this hotel. This is my second Graduate hotel that I’m staying in and they are very efficient. '

'The B&B website and other on-line links claims "...excellent breakfast" and "the best breakfast in Annapolis". What was served were mini grocery store bought pastry, no fresh coffee, no juice, no plates, no one around. In addition, they state that for a large fee you can have valet parking on-site. There was no valet. I requested a refund for the valet parking and used that money to have a decent breakfast elsewhere. '

'I would have given an excellent but there was still some renovations being done. Staff was great, rooms were beautiful and clean. Location is perfect and within walking distance to tons of shops, restaurants and bars. Their restaurant was currently closed for remodeling but guests can still get room service from the restaurant next door. '

'The rooms are rather old and in need of a refurb: blinds on window (in two separate rooms) did not work, and in both rooms the safe was broken. I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2. This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'

'The Hilton Garden Inn located in historic Annapolis is an excellent value. Though the rooms are fine, the exceptional staff is what makes the hotel outstanding. Greta, a morning restaurant server, went beyond the call of duty by ensuring that iced tea was available for me each morning, even on her days off.'

'The staff was top tier, and the check-in process was amazing. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, my room was not very clean. The shower still had dirt from the previous occupant. I didn’t complain because it was late at night and I was exhausted, so I just cleaned it myself. My room was also located next to the elevator and ice machine, but surprisingly I didn’t notice much noise at all. It was actually very quiet.'

'We were surprised to find out upon our arrival that parking was not included in our stay. Apparently the lot is owned by an outside entity. Our room was fairly clean and comfortable. The breakfast left a lot to be desired.'

'Didn't use laundry service. Lots of shops nearby, and restaurants. Was extremely disappointed that they didn't tell us they didn't have any internet services. This included this tv services in room as well, no Netflix or You tubeTV as promised. They should have told us upon check in, but no. They let me check in and preceding to log in and on to tv and phone. Then the phone in room wouldn't connect to Front Desk when you hit the key on phone! So, I had to look up number to hotel and call front...

'Wonderful and clean accommodations '

'Jay at the front desk was rather rude when telling me that they were “sold out” I then proceeded to book on Expedia and when I came back to approach the desk I mentioned “I thought you were sold out” '

'The room was very nice, warm and clean. Bed was comfortable. The included breakfast buffet was varied and satisfying. The staff was friendly and had a great attitude, especially considering this stay was when a blizzard hit and they were full. The manager kept a smile and had a few funny stories for us. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay.'
