The amenities were not maintained. Furniture was broken and stained, with some pieces being left in the garage. Linens were worn out and stained. Cobwebs in every corner and on lamps. Gross amounts of hair/dust under beds and living room furniture. Backyard was dirty with pet waste and uncleaned fall foliage/broken tree branches. Windows were dirty with dog nose prints. Keyless entry code 10-digits long and we couldn't reset it. Master bath shower glass had soap scum on bottom and mold on tile. Shower head hold was broken and replacement holder was placed on door making it challenging to turn on and get into shower. Main bath shower curtain dirty with build up and mold and too long for hanging making you stand on it when in use. Carpet in bedrooms stained and walls dirty. Vents for heat/air conditioning and bathroom fans were covered in dust. Not extra bedding available. Garage was dirty and full of broken furniture, carpet remnants and miscellaneous painting and hot tube supplies in bags. Request a refund of cleaning deposit and pet fee for compensation, which was denied even after property manager visited the site and confirmed the list of concerns sent to him because it was not done within 4-8 hours of checking in. There were no cleaning supplies at the house except a small vacuum cleaner and filthy hair filled brooms. Holes in the backyard fence that small dogs can easily crawl through. Used dead palm tree bark from yard to cover up the holes.
