The room was very clean were you could see but I had to go behind the bed to plug in my phone and it hadn't been looked at for a long time back there.
Hotel is dated but there were some upgrades to the rooms and the hotel portion. There were also things like the window didn't close all the way and the screen was ripped but neither of those hampered our stay.
It does have a bar attached and between 2:30 (when bar closed) and about 3:30-4am there was a bunch of people yelling and screaming in the parking lot. Sounded like a good party but I was too tired to join.
The bed was very comfy and we did have a great sleep minus the time that the party was going on outside. The shower was upgraded and it was fantastic.
The staff was so friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with them. The only thing that made me pause is they only had one key for the room so made me wonder where the other one was. Old style key not a card.
For the price if I'm through and need a place to stay I would stay again. I'm certain weekdays doesn't have the animal activity outside after the bar closes. We stayed on a Saturday night.
No elevator to the second floor but room was fairly big and lots of space to move around and put things down.
