Ca´n Lull – Unique finca within olive grove, bespoke amenities (max. 10 guests)

Nestled in a magical olive grove of centuries-old trees, this beautifully renovated finca offers a harmonious blend of understated luxury, Mediterranean character and the relaxed charm of country living.

Located in the heart of Mallorca, just a 15-minute drive from the centre of Palma, it is the ideal base from which to explore the island while enjoying its own olive groves, gardens and peaceful rural surroundings.

Thoughtfully designed for families and groups of friends, the finca offers generous spaces to gather, unwind and enjoy time together at a leisurely pace. Its highlights include:

- PROPERTY TYPE: Detached finca with approximately 500 m² of living space, 5 double bedrooms, accommodation for up to 10 guests and 15,000 m² of grounds with 402 olive trees. The annual harvest is used to produce our own olive oil.

- 10-METRE HEATED SWIMMING POOL: A private pool ideal for cooling off in summer and enjoying warmer swims during the cooler months. Pool heating is available at an additional cost and must be requested at least 5 days before arrival. For added safety, the pool has an automatic slatted cover. A spacious outdoor sofa, sun loungers and parasols are also provided.

- HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING: Underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout the finca.

- BARBECUE AND OUTDOOR DINING AREAS: Several dining areas invite you to enjoy leisurely breakfasts, long Mediterranean lunches and relaxed dinners outdoors. Outdoor heaters are available for cooler days.

- FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Equipped with a Lacanche gas cooker, Sage Barista coffee machine, and high-quality appliances and kitchen utensils. Depending on the season, guests can pick fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs from the garden. On arrival, you will find a bottle of our organic extra virgin olive oil, cold-pressed from the harvest of our 402 olive trees.

- PRIVATE CINEMA ROOM: A high-end cinema room, perfect for a cosy movie night or unwinding after a day exploring the island.

- OUTDOOR GYM: Work out while enjoying views of the surrounding countryside. Equipment includes a Nohrd water rower, Pilates reformer, treadmill, boxing bag, weights, fitness mini-trampoline and yoga mats.

- CHILDREN’S PLAY AREA: A space for play and imagination, featuring a charming wooden play kitchen, slide and swings. Table tennis and a selection of games provide entertainment for different age groups.

- BABIES AND TODDLERS: Toys, a cot, high chair, baby bath, changing mat, nappy bin and stair gate can be provided on request.

- OUTDOOR FIRE PIT: During the permitted season, gather around the fire beneath the stars.

- HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE: Basic cleaning of the indoor and outdoor areas is provided five days a week during your stay. Additional cleaning and laundry services can be arranged for an extra fee.

- ADDITIONAL SERVICES: We would be delighted to help make your stay even more enjoyable, from arranging groceries and stocking the fridge before your arrival to organising a trusted babysitter, yoga or massage sessions, or a private chef. We can even arrange for a large paella to be delivered in time to enjoy at sunset. These services are available on request at an additional cost.

- SONOS SOUND SYSTEM: Sound systems in the bedrooms, living areas and outdoor spaces.

- MEET EDDIE: Our resident peacock and perhaps the most exotic member of the finca family. Eddie appeared one day of his own accord and has made our grounds his home ever since. You may spot him strolling around during your stay, adding a touch of unexpected magic.

- MERAKI TOILETRIES: Complimentary Meraki toiletries are provided in all bathrooms.

- VEHICLES AND ACCESS: Private entrance with a coded gate, covered parking for two cars and several additional outdoor parking spaces.

- PROPERTY SECURITY: Alarm system, exterior surveillance cameras that can be activated, and a small safe available for guests.

- SMALL EVENTS AND FILM PRODUCTIONS: The finca may be suitable for certain small private events and audiovisual productions. Prior consultation is essential, as additional rates, conditions and restrictions apply.

A SHORT TOUR OF THE FINCA

1. INDOOR SPACES

The OPEN-PLAN KITCHEN, DINING AND LIVING AREA is a welcoming space designed for spending time together throughout the day. The beautiful wooden dining table invites you to enjoy long meals, play games or share a glass of wine. Afterwards, you can cosy up by the fireplace or relax in the comfortable seating area.

The KITCHEN is bright and inviting, with a large central island and a breakfast bar with stools. It is ideal for enjoying your first coffee of the morning, having a quick breakfast or sharing a glass of wine while dinner is being prepared. It opens directly onto the terraces and includes a spacious PANTRY for additional storage. In the adjoining garden, you can pick fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs, depending on the season.

The CINEMA ROOM offers a true home-cinema experience, with a large screen, an impressive sound system and a selection of television channels in English, German and French. You can also access your own streaming accounts.

2. BEDROOMS

The finca has 5 BEAUTIFUL DOUBLE BEDROOMS, each with its own PRIVATE BATHROOM. All combine the rustic charm of Mallorca with modern comfort and an atmosphere of calm and balance.

The MASTER BEDROOM (Bedroom 1) features a magnificent super king-size bed, a spacious desk and a private dressing room. Its luxurious en-suite bathroom has a freestanding bathtub and a walk-in shower. From the bathroom, you can access a private terrace with an OUTDOOR GYM and beautiful views of the mountains and olive grove. It is a wonderful place to start the morning in peace, enjoy an invigorating workout or unwind while watching the sunset.

THE MOON ROOM (Bedroom 3) is one of the finca’s most distinctive spaces. Conceived as part of the property’s original design concept, it reflects the thoughtful planning and creative collaboration that shaped the house. Its architectural details and relaxing atmosphere make it a truly special place to rest and unwind.

BEDROOM 2 features a generous double bed with direct views of the olive grove. It is the perfect place to wake up to spectacular sunrises in shades of pink and orange. The private bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower decorated with small stones meticulously arranged by hand.

BEDROOM 4 is located on the ground floor and features soothing neutral tones, abundant natural light and views of the garden through a large window. The en-suite bathroom has a spacious shower and premium Meraki toiletries. A comfortable reading chair and a large wardrobe make the room both practical and inviting.

BEDROOM 5 is ideal for guests seeking greater independence, thanks to its private entrance. It features a king-size bed, a cosy seating area with a sofa, a desk and a spacious en-suite bathroom with original and unexpected artistic details.

3. OUTDOOR SPACES

THE TERRACE AND POOL AREA offer different settings for gathering together or finding a quiet spot to relax. The 10-metre saltwater pool is the centrepiece, perfect for enjoying long days outdoors.

The CHILLOUT AREA, measuring 6 m x 2 m, is ideal for relaxing beside the pool, enjoying a morning coffee while reading the newspaper or having a cocktail at sunset before dinner.

There are several OUTDOOR DINING AREAS, each with its own character. The vine-covered veranda features two beautiful long dining tables, perfect for relaxed lunches and dinners with family and friends. A charming breakfast corner offers a more intimate setting, while the large natural-stone barbecue counter is ideal for informal meals. As evening falls, the garden takes on a magical atmosphere: a rustic table beneath trees illuminated by fairy lights creates a beautiful setting for dining under the stars.

The CHILDREN’S PLAY AREA is set on a lawn and features swings, a slide and a mud kitchen. Giant Jenga and table tennis provide entertainment for all ages.

During the cooler months, the FIRE PIT AND OUTDOOR HEATERS on the main terrace allow you to continue enjoying the garden long after sunset.
