Casa Samantha is a cozy Mallorcan finca located near the charming town of Santa Maria.
The property gives you the opportunity to enjoy a privileged environment with beautiful views. Located in the countryside, it is the right place for families as well as groups of friends offering everything you need to spend an unforgettable vacation.

The main building has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living room with sofa and stove, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
Independent bedroom apart from the main house with 2 beds (extra cost of 20€ / person / night from 9-10 people).

The porch, equipped with an extra large table provided for numerous guests and the ideal pool to cool off, everything is ready to enjoy and live a beautiful experience in authentic Mallorca.

Large terrace, barbecue, private pool, sun loungers, a garden of approximately 4000 M2 equipped with fruit trees (lemon, orange, banana and much more.
Everything you might need to enjoy a vacation with family and friends. We will be happy to provide you with all the necessary information to visit the emblematic places of the island and make your stay as pleasant as possible.
You will have to pay upon arrival:
-A security deposit of 500 euros (return at the end of your stay).
LATE CHECK IN:
For late arrivals from 10. 00 pm on, a supplement of € 50 will be charged.
