It is an apartment and ground floor with independent entrance and parking space in front of the door. The apartment has been completely redone to European standards. It is fully air conditioned and has electric shutters.

It consists of a large 14-seat lounge with 50-inch TV connected to the Nile Sat and Astra satellites and a second, pleasant 4-seat lounge with bay windows.

The kitchen is super equipped with oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker etc. All the necessary kitchen and basic products are present.
For sleeping; A large master suite (1.80m bed) with its own 5-seater lounge and smart TV and a twin bedroom with two 1.20m beds and smart TV. Two independent bathrooms.

Travelers will have access to the apartment from a separate entrance. They can make use of the terrace space located in front of the apartment and the roof solarium, with open and tree-lined views.

We manage hotel establishments in the medina and are able to provide you with any tourist information you deem necessary. We are used to organizing any type of excursion alone or in a group and we can direct you to the best transport solutions to airports or any other destination.

The various terraces and the solarium are large but shared with the other residents. We therefore ask you to respect the cleanliness of the premises and the tranquility of others in these spaces.

The accommodation is located in the city center at 250 m. the Yves Saint-Laurent museum and the Majorelle garden. It is a very secure area due to these tourist attractions. You will find everything you need nearby (supermarket, specialized grocery stores, restaurants and cafes). 20 m. only, a very beautiful green space to allow you to relax.

Given its location, the accommodation is easily accessible by taxi, horse-drawn carriage, etc. Everyone knows the Majorelle Garden located a stone's throw away, which makes things much easier.

The medina (old town) is 900 m away. and is easily accessible in ten minutes on foot.
