Our home is only 6 minute walk to public beach access and 15 minute stroll to Mission Plaza which has many restaurants , shops, and theaters. The house has just been updated throughout with new stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer,all fixtures, granite counters and cabinets in bathrooms as well as freshly painted throughout. This single family home on Loyalty Avenue has first class finishing with a screened in lani with heated pool and sunny southern exposure so you can enjoy the Florida sun. The master bedroom has a 39 inch flat screened T.V. with sliding glass door out to pool and its own on suite bathroom. Next to the master is the living area were there is a 55 inch flat scree T.V. with pull out sleeper sofa queen which will easily accommodate family and friends. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with 39inch T.V. and 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and blackout curtains in case there are lil ones that need a nap.
