House was wonderful and well furnished for all our family. We were a little surprised by the smaller size pool, but it worked for us because we had toddlers. The walk to the beach was not bad and enjoyed the playground at Tigertail.

great stay

We've been bringing our family to florida for Thanksgiving for hte last 5 years. We have switched places every year but this is a spot we could come back too for many years to come. If we had any questions they were answered very quickly. The location was amazing. It was just all around what we were looking for. We'll be back.

Beautiful Marco Home

We had a fabulous time at this really lovely and spacious home. Having 3 king beds was incredible. The host was so accommodating, allowing us to check in a little early and, though we didn't end up needing it, a later check-out time. There were no major issues, but some questions we had during our stay were promptly answered. Very, very responsive hosts. Thank you. The kitchen was well stocked, though we did very little cooking. We loved having beach equipment, especially a beach wagon, which made it much easier. That said, I wish we had realized really how long of a walk it is to get to "the ocean". My mother is 82 and there was no way that even if we drove to the far Tiger Tail parking lot, she could have walked all the way to the water. It indeed is a 1/3 of a mile to Tiger Tail Beach, which is a little deceiving. It is 1/3 of a mile to the entrance of the first parking lot. To get to the ocean, it was more like 1.5 miles. We ended up driving down to South Beach because the walk was shorter for my mom. The parking is $10 a day and is limited. You have to get there early to get a parking spot. I feel this is important information for guests to know if someone in the party has mobility issues. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay.

Relaxing home in a quiet neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home. We had 5 adults and 2 young grandchildren. There was plenty of space and very family friendly. We enjoyed many evenings in the pool. The house was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware as we made several meals there. Location was great, as most shopping/restaurants/beach were 10 minutes away. Communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Tranquil, Tops for Cleanliness and Fully-Equipped

Absolute dream

Beautiful property in a nice neighborhood. We have three young children and we were looking for a place that is family friendly, quiet and not overcrowded. We had 6 adults and 3 children on our trip. We had the best time staying at this property. The pool is very nice. You can fish in your back yard. We even had a few dolphins swim by the house. The beach is a short drive from property. You can ride bikes around the neighborhood. The beach is about 0.5 mile walk from parking lot. They have a wagon in the garage which made that walk easier. Absolutely beautiful beaches. We can’t wait to come back to Marco Island and we would book with this property again.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house definitely could use some updating, but for a rental, it has great space and it’s in a good location. Very nice tigertail beach is so close, but definitely plan on driving if you’re taking chairs etc- still quite a walk. The pool was nice, but very small- odd shape. So if you have many kids swimming, not ideal. Property manager was easy to communicate with. We loved renting a boat and having it right off of the back of the house. We enjoyed cruising the canals and heading to Keywaydin Island!

We loved this property. The area was great, so close to everything. The house was great and the owner so helpful and very quick to respond when we had any kind of question. We loved being on the water and even saw a dolphin the one day. We hope to go back and stay longer the next time!

Great Stay at Manatee Manor

Property was true to pictures. Very clean and spacious. Great location. Just a short drive for groceries, restaurants and shopping. Tigertail beach is quite a walk, even if you drive to parking lot. However, not the fault of the property. Would stay again--given the proper circumstances. It was particularly nice to have the pool--which was heated to a comfortable temperature.

Exactly what we were looking for. Offered us a fun weekend getaway to get in some beautiful hiking, delicious meals, relaxing conversations and comfortable rest! Liked the location was closed enough to everything but not so close that we were constantly stuck in St. George traffic. Plenty of room to spread out and all the comforts of home were provided. Not a single complaint.

Beautiful Vacation Home

We had an amazing stay at this rental. The house is clean, spacious, has comfortable beds, and is located in a quiet and safe community. It was a short walk to Tigertail park, where we crossed over the lagoon to spend time on the beach. The only nit-picky thing I wasn't a fan of was that the privacy trees blocked a lot of the sun from the pool, so we spent more time on the loungers to the side of the house to get sun. Most people would probably prefer the privacy though.

Family Christmas Vacation

Rental process was great. One thing that was deceiving from listing is pool temp being set to 85. The air temperature was colder when we arrived and pool much colder than 85…it is set to 85 and doesn’t always get to that temperature as it is on a timer that only runs during the day. No pool heat after 5pm and no guarantee that it ever gets to 85. .4 miles to arrive at tiger tail beach parking lot, and when you get there about a half mile (or more) walk to the actual beach. Enjoyed the convenience of having dock as we rented a boat. House is nice. There is no beach umbrella as the add says…think there may have been at one time bc there is a base to one in garage, but no umbrella. Overall we enjoyed our trip. Would recommend the boat bc much easier to get to beach.

Beautiful home, but....

This was the first time that I rented a property where I was very disappointed with what was provided. You don't find out until check-in information is provided that they expect there to be no more than 2 loads of laundry to do after you leave and they only provide 2 laundry pods, 3 dishwasher pods, and 1 extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no tissues and 1 roll of paper towels! There was no plastic wrap, foil, or baggies. There were almost no seasonings, a small amount of salt and pepper (we purchased 5 additional common spices while we were there and left them for the next person!) There were no canned goods or staples that are usually left in a rental for the next person. The most popular part of the property was the pool! Everyone enjoyed being in the water but it would have been helpful if there were non-breakable dishes that could be safely used outside! It's a beautiful property but it could be so much nicer with very little effort or expense.

Second time at the property and loved it just as much! Walk to tiger tail beach and all the great shelling. Easy run/walk to downtown and to the Marriott! We had great meals and wonderful nighttime swims! Great trip!
