A long balcony gives you a different view of the skyline and chairs to enjoy it. You’ll also savor the sky view while you’re floating in the heated community pool downstairs.

Inside, cozy furnishings, tropical plants and all that space create, a calm, relaxing feel. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the temperature hovering right around perfect. The well-appointed kitchen comes complete with all the modern appliances and cookware you need for a sit-down balcony dinner under the stars. When you need to unwind a little, turn on the cable television or use the free wi-fi to post photos of the view from your balcony.

People drive for miles to come to South Beach, but you’re just a short walk away. Pack up the umbrella, cooler, beach chairs, beach towels, that all come with the rental, and head to the access point, where a boardwalk lined with sabal palms leads you the white powdery sands and turquoise waters of South Beach.

You’ll find every ocean activity here from water sports like parasailing and snorkeling to wading in warm tide pools looking for colorful shells. You can charter a fishing boat or stroll along the sand looking for dolphins. You won’t stroll far before you spot some frolicking in the surf. Or you can lie back and do nothing but listen to the sound of breaking waves backed by a chorus of seagulls.

There’s no better way to cap off a day on South Beach than stopping by the Sunset Grille for Caribbean-style cuisine, tropical beverages and the most spectacular sunset you’ve ever seen. You’ll end the day where you began it, out on your balcony.
