Beautiful, spacious, 3 bedroom, 2 bath private ranch home. Located in a quiet prestigious area of Marco Island. Beautiful wide water views from the entire lanai and every room in the house except 3rd bedroom. (Not just from a corner of the lanai like some homes. Look closely at those pictures!) Step through glass doors to pool and spa from Master and Queen bedrooms.

Enjoy the all day sunshine on the lanai with our southern exposure or visit the beautiful Marco beaches, all minutes from your home. These are fantastic public beaches open daily from 8 am to sunset.

This large home has a fully equipped kitchen with a view over looking the pool, spa and bay. Enjoy the comfortable breakfast area just off the kitchen with views of the pool and fully screened lanai. What a relaxing way to start the day enjoying your morning coffee watching a Marco Island sunrise.

The very large master bedroom has a king size bed, a large spacious walk-in closet and a spacious walk in shower with a separate oversized tub.

You’ll have plenty of room for guests and entertaining with contemporary furnishings, vaulted ceilings, and plenty of amenities. Well, it was my first time on Marco Island. So I didn’t really know what to expect. I did like this house. It was really cool. It was a little bit outdated though. For the price I thought it could’ve been more updated. Like the speaker system throughout the house you can’t use your Bluetooth to play any of your music outside. The grill was really old and kind of rusty. The lights in the pool didn’t work or the hot tub. If those of you, they get hot at night. You can only set the air to 72 which is probably normal for Florida. I do not know. I never asked. There were some stains in the master bedroom carpet, which I took pictures of so we would not get charged for it. I don’t know if I would go back. I would probably try another house as there’s plenty to rent on all the canals.

Beautiful Home with peaceful lagoon views

We had a wonderful one week vacation at this spacious home in a nice residential neighborhood. Check-in was easy thanks to Karen. The house was very clean and well stocked with beach supplies, towels, kitchen items, etc..One of my grandsons who visited for a few days enjoyed fishing in the lagoon, beach and nearby Mackay Park.I highly recommend this home.

Beautiful view and comfortable.

Nice neighborhood, plenty of room for family of five, outdoor area with pool, hot tub, grill and dining were greatly enjoyed. The bikes were appreciated and in good shape. The location from the beach was a little further than we hoped. Had to drive and pay 10-20 to park each day if we wanted to take beach gear. There was a lot of beach gear provided and appreciated. We had a lot of fun.

Pure Paradise

While the interior may not be perfect the exterior is the best. It has a fantastic view and a dock where you can sit out in the sun and a Lanai where you can relax and enjoy the sun UV ray and bug free. I Highly recommend this property if you're looking for a quiet neighborhood that's close to everything. It also is a split bedroom style so if you have guests, you both can enjoy privacy.

Wonderful stay

We travel to Marco Island annually the week between Christmas and New Year’s. We had a great stay. This house was clean and well-appointed and was located on a quiet cul-de-sac with very easy access to the beach and Mackle Park. We biked to both daily. We had access to the garage to park our car and to store bikes. Karen, the property manager was communicative and available prior to and during our stay (as was the owner, Sean). Plenty of beach towels available, which is always a plus. The pool and spa lights unfortunately were not working during our stay, but it sounds like those have been scheduled to be replaced. No complaints - thanks for a great stay.

Perfect location

The owner and manager are delightful and very easy to work with. The improvements over the years to this house are noticeable and appreciated. Although the boat at the dock block some of the view, the wider water to the right is still spectacular.

Pretty much as advertised. The house was a great place to spend the week. Close to everything, pool and hot tub, and quiet as can be. Great communications and response with the property management (they fixed something within 24 hours).

This home is a 10/10!

This vacation house was spotless! It is also spacious- especially the master suite. Plenty of extra towels, beach items, and starter paper products are available. The host and property manager were quick to respond and super flexible, working with us to extend our stay. We would definitely book this or another property with them again!

Beautiful home on the water

We had a wonderful visit to Marco while staying at this house. I’ll start off by saying how clean the house is. It was spotless when we arrived. The pictures accurately portray the property. The view is spectacular and the pool and hot tub were also wonderful. I wanted to add that the pool doesn’t have a deep end. We had no issues during our stay and will definitely be back. We also saw the burrowing owls everyday outside which was definitely a highlight of our vacation. This is a perfect house for a family or for two people.
