The property is situated between two public beach access points—Winterberry Beach Access and South Beach Access—with Winterberry being the closer of the two. Pack up the provided beach gear, make the short walk to the sand, and spend the day enjoying Marco Island’s beautiful Gulf beaches, warm water, shelling, and unforgettable sunsets.

Inside the condo has been thoughtfully furnished to provide plenty of space for couples, families, and friends traveling together. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed along with a twin trundle bed, providing additional sleeping flexibility. The second full bathroom features a tub/shower combination. Additional sleeping accommodations are available in the living room with a sleeper sofa, making the condo a versatile choice for groups needing extra sleeping space.
