Hop on one of the four bikes in the garage and explore on two wheels or, if you’ve planned a day at the beach, load up the beach cart with the chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and toys before you go.

Right at home, you’ll love relaxing on your shady, enclosed lanai while the kids splash in the private pool. A fully retractable accordion door brings the outside in, creating a true sense of indoor/outdoor living throughout the spacious home. Inside, you’ll fin an open concept, high ceilings, stylish furnishings, and lots of natural light. After you whip up a masterpiece in the full, well-equipped kitchen, take your pick of the dining room, breakfast nook, kitchen island barstools, or patio table outside at mealtime.

Spend the day exploring, or just enjoying the Florida sun by the pool, and return to relax in the AC. Entertainment options include three streaming-capable TVs, cable in the living room, and board games for some lo-fi fun. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
