Marco Get-away

The house was exactly as advertised. Shawn was helpful and responsive.Beautiful property in a very nice part of Marco Island. The heated pool and the Pickle ball court were big hits for our crew. Additional observations: 5 min drive to grocery store. 7 Min drive to beach access. 10 min drive to great restaurants. Screened in patio was awesome in the evenings to watch TV outside while the little ones slept inside. The patio could use some additional seating for the TV area. The bedrooms would benefit from a ceiling fan...but the house was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful property, great location

We had a wonderful holiday stay in this beautiful property. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. The benefit of having a heated swimming pool and pickle ball court could not be overstated. We had a blast as a family.

Loved our stay here!

Our family loves visits to the Florida beaches and this was our first visit to Marco Island. While there is a nice beach here we had a hard time leaving this property. The inviting pool and the private pickleball/tennis court provided many hours of enjoyment for our family. The house is exactly as described and the owner was very easy to correspond with during our stay. We hope to return here.

4 siblings & spouses enjoyed the property. We loved playing pickleball & swimming. We’d suggest a router to get WiFi in the cabana & softer bed pillows. Other than those suggestions the neighborhood was quiet & perfect for walking. We’d love to come again.

Beautiful home!

Shawn and Patti were wonderful, super responsive hosts! My dad and family of 5 stayed for a week and loved our time there. Big, beautiful pool with plenty of spots to lounge, screened in dining patio with tv and more seating; separate pool house with extra bed, ac, bathroom; and private pickle court, which the whole family loved. Thank you for everything!

We stayed at this location for a week with 4 couples who love pickleball! It could not have been more perfect…..the house and all its outside areas were amazing! The location was great….close to all amenities but not busy! The backyard was so private . The owner was so willing to answer questions and communication was quick. Marco island was a beautiful destination and the house did not disappoint.

Absolutely wonderful stay!!!

We had an amazing visit to Marco Island and this beautiful property was a big reason for that! It was spacious, updated, cozy, clean and was stocked with everything we needed. We had a blast on the pickleball court and laying by the pool. We rode bikes (provided) all over the island. Shawn was an incredible host and the communication with him was impeccable. 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration!!

This property is beautiful! From the modern and clean inside to the awesome outdoor area, pool, and pickleball court! We had a blast!! We were only a few minutes drive to the beaches and restaurants...which were amazing! And, we were content to hang out at the house watching football, dipping in the pool, and learning to play pickleball! We can't wait to return!!! The booking, check-in and check-out were easy and smooth as well!! Thank You!!!!

Very Nice Place with Good Amenities

We very much enjoyed our stay at Tranquility. The house was set up well for our group of 6 adults (me, my wife, our adult daughter, her husband, their 1 1/2 year old, our adult son, and my 80 year old mother). Only issues were the televisions work on apps and constantly lost connections (particularly the one in the main living area - guessing they need a new router) and we were left with a 1/2 roll of paper towels for 6 of us - hardly enough to get us through dinner the night of our arrival before obtaining more from the store the next day. Finally, we have rented numerous homes through VBRO, however, although we were charged a housekeeping fee, the homes rental manual and agreement stipulated that we could only leave 1 dirty towel per person, we had to strip all of the bed linens, and we had to empty the dishwasher as all dishes had to be put back in the cabinet. We usually leave homes very much in the same condition as when we arrived as we did here, however, we rarely if ever have had to make sure we only leave one towel per person, strip bed linens, and not only start the dishwasher but also empty it - tough when trying to pack and check-out by 11:00a but we managed to even swifer the floors.

Outstanding location!

We were extremely pleased with our visit to this property. The pictures and prior reviews matched up to our expectations and the the property manager was very responsive to our needs. I would strongly recommend this property for anyone looking to get away for a short vacation or extended stay. Lastly, the outdoor lanai, swimming pool, and pickle ball court only added to the memories my family experienced while staying at Tranquility. Thank you, Shawn!

Great Location and Great Host!

Can't say enough about this place, but I will keep it brief.... This was our first time traveling to Marco Island. The home was just as the pictures showed. Shawn lives not far from the home and met us and showed us around. We had a few questions while on the trip and he was quick to answer them. We enjoyed having our very own tennis court and pool that we didn't have to share. We would defiantly rent this home again.

Great house!!

We had a great time!! This property is very well organized and the owner is great!! We got in late with delays and all the restaurants were closed. He had subs and salads and other snacks waiting for us in the fridge. Pool and pickle ball court are so fun!! Beautiful screened in patio as well. You won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful property for our extended stay

This is truly an amazing rental home! This was our first year with single floor living and it was so convenient. Everything in the home was fresh, clean and bright, and the on-site pool and pickleball/tennis court were great. All of the other homes we have rented had a pool inside the lanai but this pool gets plenty of sunshine outside the lanai, and this allows for extra tables, chairs and outdoor soft seating and a big smartTV in the screened lanai. I think we spent more time there than in the house. There are 2 master suites with huge showers and it was a difficult decision deciding which one we wanted to use during our stay. It was just 2 of us for most of the visit, but when family joined us there was plenty of room for everyone! The owners and property manager were warm and accessible and went above and beyond (ie, purchasing a coffee maker and gas grill to ensure my husband had his 2 necessities for an extended stay). For those who prefer a quick Keurig cup of coffee, there is a Keurig built into the refrigerator door which was a unique feature. We also loved that there was so much less traffic being off Barfield vs. Collier, and supermarket visits were a breeze. Thank you, Shawn and Patti, for a great stay. I highly recommend this property.

Happy vacation

We really enjoyed our vacation. The home is well laid out and beautifully decorated with many amenities. Cooking for the family was easy with modern appliances and plenty of kitchen tools and cutlery. Everyone loved playing on the tennis court and riding bikes in the neighborhood and playing games poolside. Our host was very accommodating when we had a last minute change in arrival times due to some bad winter storms. This was a great rental.

Paradise and Tranquility at its besr
