It remains close to the main artery that leads to Marina di Campo, a center which is particularly lively in the summer and full of cultural and musical events. Convenient location to reach both the golden sandy beaches of the Costa del Sole and the slope of Procchio, Spartaia, Paolina and Biodola.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data. The data are mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

- minimum age to check in is 21 years old
- check-in in our Office from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
