Welcome to the charming holiday home “Smokvica”.



The Smokvica holiday home, with its spacious courtyard surrounded by lush greenery, offers a peaceful, rural atmosphere and is ideal for the whole family (4+2 people). The house owes its distinctive name to the numerous fig trees on the property.



The holiday home, featuring a living and dining area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a private swimming pool, is available for your exclusive use.



The entire Smokvica holiday home is fully air-conditioned (living and kitchen areas as well as both bedrooms) and features a uniquely designed living and dining area with a dining table seating six people. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your meals, including a fridge, oven, filter coffee machine or Italian moka pot, kettle, microwave and dishwasher. From here, you have direct access to the outdoor dining area and the private pool. A ceiling fan in the living and dining area also provides additional comfort.



The living room is cosily furnished with a three-seater and a two-seater sofa, as well as a flat-screen TV with cable, satellite and internet reception.



The first bedroom features a double bed (180 × 200 cm), a sofa bed (140 × 200 cm), a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV with cable, satellite and internet reception, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet.



The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 × 200 cm), a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV with cable, satellite and internet reception, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet.



On the terrace, you’ll find a pergola with a gas barbecue and a sink, as well as a large dining table seating six people. There is also a large oval swimming pool with an outdoor shower, six sun loungers and two large parasols. The entire house is built at ground level, allowing for convenient, barrier-free access to all rooms.



This modern holiday home combines comfort, functionality and a relaxed holiday atmosphere in a peaceful location on the east coast of Istria. The open-plan layout creates a spacious feel, whilst the tasteful décor and high-quality fittings ensure a pleasant stay.



Outdoors, you can enjoy the private swimming pool, which is available from May until the end of September. The terrace and garden offer plenty of space to relax, sunbathe and spend time socialising with family or friends. Those looking to stay active can play football, badminton or darts. A variety of board games are also available for entertaining evenings.



Thanks to its peaceful location in Rakalj, you can experience authentic Istria whilst still being just a short drive away from picturesque bays, beaches and numerous attractions in the region. Kalavojna Beach is just 2 km away, whilst Sveti Mikula Beach is 3.4 km away. A grocery shop is 300 m away, whilst restaurants are situated between 300 and 500 m away. The historic city of Pula is 28 km away and Pula Airport is 23 km away.
