Villa's in Marble

'The Owl's Perch and surroundings is beautiful and serene. I would 100% recommend. The accommodation in very well laid out with many things thought of for your convenience. Enjoyed every moment, wish we could have stayed longer.'

'Older motel but clean. The manager was very helpful in accommodating a change in our travel plans.'

'We stayed here because we went to a concert at the Georgia fairgrounds next door. The property is old and dated. The beds are springy and in dire need of replacement. The bathroom fan didn't work and the bathroom floor had stains indicating that it had not been mopped because I used a wet towel to clean it up. The bathtub was stained permanently and if you rubbed your finger along the top of the shower insert, it was filthy! The room smelled musty and there was a dehumidifier on the nightstand...

'Very well renovated.'

'This is truly a hidden treasure! It was better than I had hoped for. We will definitely be going back and plan to stay longer. Most peaceful place we have ever stayed! Even though the way to the cabin is a single lane dirt/gravel road it was well worth it for the seclusion and view! Looking forward to our next visit.'

'It is in need of an update...mattress, sink, tub, paint, pictures.'
