Our boat slip can accommodate a boat up to 34 feet. Free trailer parking on site on a first come first serve basis. The Marina where our boat slip is located directly across the street (walkable). Marina requires boat to have a $300,000 liability insurance policy with Marina named on certificate.
Enjoy your morning coffee on your private terrace off the Master Suite or the terrace off the family room... Yes, that is 4 outdoor spaces to enjoy the perfect weather and views.
A community pier to fish and watch the manatee and other wildlife. Easy Gulf and Ocean access thru Vaca Cut. Cutting station to filet your catch. Bait freezer. Our DOCK directly across the street (walkable) for your convenience.

Fantastic house that is well equipped

I have stayed at many VRBO’s over the years. I can stay this has been the best of them all. Location was prime. The elevator made it easy getting things upstairs to the living area. The top deck provided wonderful sunset views every evening. It had everything you would need for a week long stay including plenty of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and towels. We will be back within the year and we will be staying here again when we come!

Wonderful Experience

The property was wonderful, this is the first of many trips to Marathon that we stayed in a condo. Cindy the owner thought of everything and the condo was very nicely furnished with a lot of little touches that made the trip enjoyable. She was very responsive and helpful. The boat slip is a short walk across Rt. 1 from the condo and the folks at the marina are very accommodating and helpful. 10/10 we would definatley book again.

Birthday Getaway

The property was beautiful. Loved the upper roof deck and the hot tub. The weather was not the best (coldest ever for the region) but it was fortuitous we used the roof deck on the only sunny day and then had the hot tub to take the chill off in the evenings. Cindy is the best host — easy to contact and responsive to our needs. Definitely recommend this place.

Christmas Vacation 2024

Cindy was an amazing host. Communication was timely and concise. The check in process was smooth and simple. Below are a few things that we noticed while staying in the villa. Kitchen:Hand towels - We could only find 2. We would have appreciated a few more, especially while cooking and cleaning up Christmas dinner. The kitchen thermometer did not work and the toaster needs a good cleaning. The indoor trash cans needed to be cleaned as well. When we removed our first bags, the bottom of the cans were dirty. Coffee pot was yellow upon arrival. We put it in the dishwasher. It cleaned up perfectly. 3rd floor bathroom:Shower head was separating from the wall 2nd floor Bedroom:The blind over the vanity was stuck in the up position upon arrival. It was very difficult to release. We left it closed for the remainder of the vacation. Bedrooms:Sleeping pillows have yellow spots on them and no protective pillow covers. Towels/Beach Towels:Need a refresh due to stainsHot Tub:Had soap and sentiment/scum in it upon arrival. We did not use it during the vacation. Rooftop:More lighting should be added for safety. The rugs are disintegrating and the rooftop could use a fresh coat of paint. Overall we had a lovely vacation. We truly appreciated the warm welcome with Christmas music, decorations and champagne.

McCorkle family Fl Keys trip ‘24

Absolutely a perfect place to stay in the Fl Keys. The owner Cindy was terrific and always available. The views were extraordinary. Location was the midpoint in the keys so reasonable distance to everything. The elevator made hauling our stuff up to 3rd floor easy on our ailing knees. Grandkids loved fishing out on the docks. Beds were very comfortable. Tastefully decorated unit with many functional lounging areas. Their storage room had many handy items available to use like beach or fishing gear. It was the best.

Christmas in the Keys

Cindy is a great host and the condo is exactly as described. The elevator worked great for my aging parents [and our luggage!]. The condo is close to a lot of great restuarants and outfitters. The gated community [and neighbors] were quiet and the dock was great for watching sunrises.

This was a perfect home, location, host! The home was beautiful and clean. Plenty of room for six people and the amenities were wonderful, I.e.:hot tub, pool, outside sitting areas, boat and water access. We have stayed at this location several times. Unfortunately we were unable to make the trip in 2022 and we realized how much we missed this trip. The owners are amazing caring people and this is a top notch rental. The boat slip was very convenient and the marina personnel very friendly. Birthday Celebration with family

Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect week to celebrate my birthday. The weather was perfect and the condo was everything and more than we expected. Cindy has thought of everything and was available for any questions we had. She even text to let us know we could check in a little early since the unit was ready. Loved the hot tub and the roof deck. Great place to see some fantastic sunsets. We will let others know about this gem in Marathon and hopefully we can come back.

Great property location in the middle keys easily accessible to restaurants, beaches, and attractions. Fantastic communication by the property owner before, during, and after the stay. This is a well maintained, clean and beautiful villa. Cindy and Bob are amazing hosts and attentive. We loved all of the outdoor spaces this Villa offered and we used them all. The community pool is a great bonus that we enjoyed.

Definitely a little piece of heaven!!

This property was perfect for me and my family. It was everything we needed and more. The dock was my husbands and son's favorite as they fished every day off of it. The view on the rooftop was gorgeous!! The location was perfect for our little family as well. Cindy was wonderful to work with. Any questions we had she answered right away. She even left my high school graduate and our birthday girl a little treat when we arrived! I will definitely be back to stay in this little piece of heaven!!
