There is an assigned spot under the unit where guests are to park all vehicles & trailers. Parking spot is about 8ft high and 40ft long. There is no on site trailer storage or extra vehicle parking. No rvs, campers or motorhomes.

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.

This property is NOT pet friendly so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.
