This property is dog friendly, but please review the following guidelines regarding pet approval and fees:

-You must indicate that you are bringing a pet when booking; however, pet fees are never included during the booking process.

-Regardless of the platform you book on, all pet fees are added after the reservation is made.

- All dogs must be approved prior to booking, and breed restrictions may apply due to insurance guidelines.

-Pet fees are non-refundable, taxable, and charged per dog, with pricing based on breed and weight. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed.

-This property is dog friendly only—no cats or other animals are permitted.

-Failure to disclose a dog and pay the required pet fee may result in additional charges up to $500 and immediate eviction without refund.

- Max occupancy reflects the number of guests allowed per city regulations and does not guarantee sleeping accommodations for that number—please review the bed description carefully (occupancy number included infants and children) If you are on violation of this you will be asked to leave

- Please follow all rules and regulations, as we will have to enforce the highest Penalty if any are broken.

- Property has outdoor surveillance cameras for security purposes and are not actively monitored. 

- Locations: front yard of the house looking out and the back of th house looking towards the dock.

- You will be emailed a Guest confirmation with our terms and conditions that you will need to e-sign to be able to stay at our home

- Rentals are Saturday to Saturday (7-night minimum)

- Check-in: 4:00 PM on the day of arrival (please note during high season, check-in may be delayed until 5:00 PM)

- NO early or late check-in available for this home.

- Check-out: 10:00 AM on the day of departure

- Quality Control Staff will be checking the property the day of arrival to ensure your check-in experience is memorable.

Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter set of items, including soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests are responsible for providing additional supplies for the remainder of their stay. Starter items are typically located in the bathrooms, at the kitchen sink, and in the laundry area.
