The modern kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare meals with ease. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats up to six guests, making it perfect for shared meals and conversation.

The home features three well-appointed bedrooms designed for restful nights and added convenience. The primary bedroom includes a comfortable king-size bed, a television, and a spacious closet complete with hangers for your belongings. The second bedroom also offers a comfortable king-size bed, a television, and a full closet with hangers. The third bedroom features a cozy queen-size bed, a private en-suite bathroom, a television, and a clothes armoire with drawers, providing additional privacy and generous storage.

Step outside to the charming back porch, where you can enjoy the refreshing coastal breeze in a peaceful setting. It's the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee, relax with an evening drink, or simply take in the tranquil surroundings.

Things to Know:
- Must be 25 years or older to book and must be present for the entire stay
- Noise Ordinance from 9pm to 9 am (Quite Time)
- Max occupancy reflects the number of guests allowed per city regulations and does not guarantee sleeping accommodations for that number—please review the bed description carefully (occupancy number included infants and children)
- Please follow all rules and regulations, as we will have to enforce the highest Penalty if any are broken.

- Property has outdoor surveillance cameras for security purposes and are not actively monitored. -> Locations: front yard of the house looking out and the back of th house looking towards the dock.
- You will be emailed a Guest confirmation with our terms and conditions that you will need to e-sign to be able to stay at our home
- Rentals are Saturday to Saturday (7-night minimum)
- Check-in: 4:00 PM on the day of arrival (please note during high season, check-in may be delayed until 5:00 PM)
- Check-out: 11:00 AM on the day of departure

Enhance your stay with our concierge services, designed to create a seamless and memorable Florida Keys experience. Our concierge agent, Kasey Platt, can assist with everything from private boat charters, snorkeling, fishing trips, and eco-tours to in-home massages, private chefs, and unique entertainment like fire shows or dancers. She can also help arrange grocery deliveries, kayak or fishing gear rentals, charcuterie boards, and more.

Special Reminder:
Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter set of items, including soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests are responsible for providing additional supplies for the remainder of their stay. Starter items are typically located in the bathrooms, at the kitchen sink, and in the laundry area.
