'Hot tub was luke warm and the jets didnt work. Pool was tiny and 4ft shallow, kind of pointless. Hard mattress. Parking was odd, had to come in to find out they give a free passcode for the parking kiosk. Buzzing a/c unit. "Upgraded" my room at check in to one with a view of the adjacent rooftop and a brick wall. That was crap..... Friendly helpful staff. Lots of towels and wash stuff.'

'Pictures online are not accurate. Lots of homeless people living here. I had pets, so did others. Dogs barking all the time. Residents are noisy, which causes dogs to bark, which causes my dogs to bark. I barely slept. Almost checked out around 1 am because of the lack of quiet surroundings. As a single, female traveler, I was nervous about all the residents hanging outside. Didn't feel safe. I picked this place based on reviews and pictures. This is the 2nd time out of the last 2 that...

'It said cook to order breakfast on the ads in expedia, but it was NOT cook to order. they had a waffle maker and had egg patties and sausage patties along with the muffins, breads and bagels'

'Pros: comfortable bed, decent amount of TV channels, good water pressure, large bathroom counter in shower room, good bathroom lighting, no carpet, very budget friendly, $50 is incident fee was returned within 3 days Cons: there was some hair in the shower'
