'Nancy was great when we arrived to check-in. We arrived a bit earlier than expected and our room was not ready yet, so she was able to put us in another identical room right away, so we didn’t have to wait or leave and come back later. Made us feel very welcome. She did an excellent job! Very friendly and helpful with dining choices close by. Room was perfect for what we needed! And the stay was great. 'The owner/manager was out of town and not accepting reservations, but through some internet mistake I was able to book a room anyway. I called them when I got there and they were super accommodating, letting me into the office remotely and checking myself in. How kind of them! The room looked recently remodeled.
