The villa features a garden of approximately 2,000 square meters nestled in the lush greenery of the typical Mediterranean scrub, with spacious terraces totaling 280 square meters, where you can sunbathe or admire the beautiful sunsets over the sea. In front of the house is a rocky beach equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas, where you can enjoy the beautiful turquoise sea in complete freedom. The sandy beach is just 350 meters away and can be reached on foot after a short walk. Inside, the house offers all the comforts, such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and unique spots from which to admire the sea through windows that frame the landscape like a painting. The sleeping areas are very refined and elegant: the master suite is a multifunctional space consisting of a bedroom, a reading nook, a walk-in closet, a master bathroom, another bedroom paired with a children’s room and a private bathroom, a third double bedroom with a private bathroom and a separate entrance, and a guest wing consisting of a living room with a kitchen area, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. Three splendid rooftop terraces will serve as the perfect setting for lunches and dinners overlooking the spectacular Mediterranean Sea. The home’s elegance blends seamlessly with comfort and practicality. The kitchen opens onto the terrace, and a terrace with a barbecue area and outdoor kitchen is an excellent option for cooking al fresco. The terrace, complete with lounge chairs and umbrellas for your exclusive use, is a seaside oasis where you can enjoy privacy and take a dip in the beautiful turquoise sea. Upon request, you can arrange for dedicated local staff during your stay to handle cooking, housekeeping, or babysitting; please book this extra service at least 15 days in advance.
