« There was remodeling going on that caused very minor inconvenience. There was an issue with our 1st room and the staff was unable to resolve it so the moved us to an adjacent room with identical accommodations. We were very satisfied with the results. The breakfast starts at 6:30 am and goes until 9:00am. It offers a wide variety of foods with plenty of protein and fruit. The coffee was hot and tasty. We were very satisfied. »

« My credit card was charged despite prepaying. In reviewing the folio emailed to me after checkout, they charged taxes which were already paid and documented as such on my initial booking receipt. There were no incidentals charged to the room, just a billing error on their part. « The room was clean but had wear and tear. The toilet handle had to be held down to fully flush. The walls and ceiling had a lot of dings and dents! We were in room 104 on the ground floor and could hear the people above us. The breakfast was hot and okay. However, the attendant did not keep it fully stocked. « I don't understand the average review rate... My room was strongly smelling cigarette even if it is supposed to be non-smoking room and it was not that clean. At the breakfast there were no more eggs and regular coffee. The only employee I saw seemed too busy to take care of all these details. The AC was so so. « The 1st room that we were given the door security latch was broken and the TV didn't work. They moved us to a different room. The 2nd room wasn't any better. The table lamp by the bed didn't work, bad outlet. The shower curtain was almost falling off the walls.Then the worst thing was that the deadbolt wouldn't even engage into the lock! Then to top it off we were greeted with police in the hallway. People in the room across the hall thought there was a camera in the bathroom mirror! »

« Breakfast was less than average and very expensive for counter service. Don't call it granola if all you do is break up a commercial granola bar. Oatmeal was poorly cooked and unexplainably expensive. Shower, on the other hand, was outstanding, but hallway inside room is too narrow to bring the luggage cart in. Also lighting in bathroom and sleep area is very weak and not useful. »
