After spending countless years vacationing all over the Oregon Coast, we fell in love with the city of Manzanita. Our family has been staying in Manzanita for years now, yet we never found the home that was perfect for us. Well, we decided to build it. This house was designed for 16 guests and fits the desires we could think one would wish for in an Oregon Coast vacation home. This home is newly constructed and completed in 2016.

Recreation Room - Lets face it, the Oregon Coast gets a lot of rain. For those rainy days, we have a fabulous game room. Equipped with Foosball, Shuffleboard, Basketball Pop-a-shot, and a 4-player Arcade with 30+ games.
Media Room - For those evenings where you want to stay in, enjoy our Big Screen TV and 8 High End leather reclining chairs with your friends and family. With our Bose Surround sound system, you will enjoy your Blu-Ray movies.
Great Room - Enjoy watching the ocean waves breaking from the great room or sit in front of the fireplace in our custom leather seating.
Dining Room - Our custom 10 foot live-edge dining table provides seating for 12. Additional seating for 6 is available at the kitchen island and another 6 at the Great Room glass dining table.
Kitchen - We equipped this home for 16. The Kitchen and Pantry areas provide ample storage for food with two refrigerators and two dishwashers. We have cooked our own Thanksgiving dinner here and the two ovens and 6-burner stove come in very handy! Kitchen appliances include, Keurig, coffee maker, toaster, rice-cooker, Ninja Blender, crockpot, fondue set, griddle, and more...

When booking, please be sure to read our full house rules and include a message to us about your group. This is our family vacation home and we want to make sure this vacation home is a good fit for your group.
Full house rules are viewable during the booking process, but a couple things to note:
16 person limit applies at all times, not just overnight
6 car limit
No smoking of anything
No pets
No weddings/bachelor parties/or similar events
