'This was my first experience doing self registration with no person to check in with. All the instructions were sent thru text, easy to follow. The property itself was big, nice, clean hotel, wifi was fast. I love the big bathroom. Bed was nice, was on a softer side. Great place to stay close to lake chelan. Value for money. '

'Staff was very polite and nice, but we had paid in advance with hotels.com 3 months earlier - and were charged again when checked in, Howard’s hotel said they couldn't help our situation, (since they had changed or updated their computer system) and it didn’t show where we had paid.. but hotels.com contacted them and we were reimbursed so all turned out well. '
