'De Winter Palace is an beautiful old lady met veel historie. Het gebouw is voornaam representatief en een beetje sleets. Er zijn meerdere restaurant, een beeldschone tuin met een gigantische pool. Heel erg fijn. De bediening is zeer goed en vriendelijk. Wij sliepen in het paviljoen wat aan de tuin is gelegen. Dit moet worden opgeknapt. Met deze vernieuwing is een aanvang genomen. Nu moet iedere kamer nog individueel worden opgeknapt. Daar tegenover staat dat het heel goedkoop is. Een aanrader.'

'It was great to stay in Steinberger. The care for details was huge and the care for the family was great. Mohamed at the entrance was very kind and the kids felt as if they came home, the rest of the trip they kept talking about this hotel. They helped with arranging drivers and tours where asked. 'Great Stay in Luxor, honestly for being in Egypt, its pretty decent especially; A/C, comfy bed, refrigerator, balcony; its not bad. Shower, sink and toilet area is decent but leaks at times (the seal in the shower area and door does not completely closed) however it does function and it doesn’t take away from you using the bathroom.
