  • Two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in La Noria, a front line beach complex. The apartment has it's own WiFi connection and is fully air conditioned apartment with access to the terrace from either the lounge or master bedroom. The terrace is sea facing and has impressive views to the sea and the Estepona coast.



    La Noria 3 is situated in Sabinillas close to bars and restaurants and is just a short walk along the promenade to Puerto de la Duquesa. The complex has a communal swimming pool and underground parking.

Buen sitio para vacaciones

La ubicación perfecta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unas vacaciones y descansar. La urbanización Añadir un segundo juego de llaves, mejorar el menaje de la cocina, poner en toldo para disfrutar de desayunos en la terraza

Todo, por eso repetimos y repetiremos mas veces. Un poco mas de menaje de cocina, se echa en falta una sartén mayor, una espumadera, taper, ...

Excellent Apartment

The views from the balcony are amazing. The apartment was clean, bright and very comfortable. The beach, restaurants and all amenities were close by. The only negatives I can offer are, that the kitchen lacked a scouring pad for dishes, no chopping board and only a 6 inch omelette pan. I bought a 12 inch paella pan for cooking and was happy to leave it for the next guests .That said I would highly recommend this apartment and I have already re-booked for September 2026. Need I say more??

Rating our stay

Lovely location Some of the furniture is in need of replacement or repair. Coffee table and two balcony chairs were not secure and would be dangerous to use. As there was only two of us staying, we could operate without them.

Accommodation was as described. Quality apartment, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. located close to all local amenities in Sabillinas. Underground car park was invaluable as parking is at a premium in and around the complex. The heating was useful , as our visit was out of season. Good WI-FI signal. Overall, very good. The apartment would benefit from a bit of upgrading in the bathrooms. And we would have appreciated a tray for the oven ...along with some oven gloves. Sun Loungers for the patio would be nice too.

Lovely apartment with a fabulous view

Wow! From the moment I entered this lovely apartment I was blown away, firstly because of the fabulous sea view and secondly because the apartment itself was very bright and nicely furnished. I stayed here for six weeks and felt very happy and safe. The apartment was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable so I enjoyed a restful sleep every night. I have stayed in two other apartments in La Noria in previous years and this one was by far the best. I like the position too it feels very safe and close to a host of bars and restaurants with Lidl just across the road. The underground parking is a real bonus and unlike my own underground car park this one is very spacious and easy to nvigate I hope to stay here again one day. Nothing really-
