'Service was great, but the facility is quite old. There were a few problems with the room: tv and stove, lights, etc. that needed repairs. But as I noticed the issues, they sent someone right away to fix them. It's quite common for the photos of a hotel to misrepresent the actual quality and condition of the rooms. No exception here. But, the room was comfortable and reasonable. Service was good. '

'Great shopping and restaurants downstairs. Host only communicated check in options after the security guard searched their contact info. Very confusing check in. Poor communication. No toilet paper or paper towel. Had to request additional towels and pillow cases. Beat part was the price and location. '
