« The day before my stay, I contacted the property via WhatsApp to confirm check‑in details. I was told everything was fine and to call again once I arrived onsite. About ten minutes later, they messaged me saying they did not have the room type I had booked and fully paid for months in advance. They gave me no alternative solution and simply told me to cancel through Expedia — even though the booking clearly stated that cancellation would result in most of the payment being withdheld. I tried...

« Terrible service and completely unprofessional handling of the situation. Another guest had the passcode to our apartment and was able to open the door while we were inside. This was a serious privacy and security issue. « The room was nothing like the photos, not even close. The apartment was old, worn down, and poorly maintained. The mattresses were stained, the floors and tables were damaged, and the couch was broken with a large hole in it. The room also had a bad odor and did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. When we arrived into the room, someone was still doing laundry in the unit. Later, a cleaning staff member knocked on the door, stopped the laundry, and told us to leave the...

« We were very disappointed with our stay at D1Mension Residences. The photos on the booking website did not reflect the apartment we received. Ours was on the 3rd floor with a view of a construction site and a dirty alley. We traveled with our two children (4 and 7 years old) who were excited about the pool, but it was not accessible to non-residents — something that was never clearly stated. The host was unresponsive to my messages and only answered when my Vietnamese friend called directly....

« The apartment and description differs significantly from the listed. It clearly says 2 king beds and the truth is the second bed is much smaller and the room is tight (can't open a suitcase on the floor). The bathroom shows bathtub and there wasn't any. The photos show a beautiful balcony view and indeed faces completely another bulding. The listing mentions swimming pool but they won't grant access to the pool. The apartment is poorly equiped and not entirely clean, you should expect hair from...

Sedona Suites Ho Chi Minh City

10/10 Excellent

Fusion Original Saigon Centre

10/10 Excellent
