« The room was not as described and not as confirmed in my receipt. Staff only communicated with WhatsApp. It was expensive for the quality. No one is there to help you in a timely manner. There were cigarette ashes on the windowsill, fingerprints on the tv set. There was no minibar as described. A pool was in the listing and confirmed in a text but there is no access to a pool. It’s all inaccurate and not a hospitable experience. It was stressful and it makes me not trustful of Hotels.com

« The check in process was very smooth. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed and couch were very comfortable. The TV was also a very good quality. There is a Circle K just down the street and it is very close to the market. I will choose this hotel for my next stay in this city. »
