'Very good hotel to stay. Really Nice staff, clean rooms and great bathhouse!'

'What an amazing experience at this place, I couldn’t recommend it more! The location up on Mount Rokko is stunning. You get beautiful nature and great views, as well as not many people up here. You really feel like you’re in nature; such a. cool stay. It’s also super easy to get to, a 1 minute walk from the cable star station. The stay itself is also amazing. The design of the place you stay in is super cool, I loved the tree house design it was awesome! The traditional Japanese lounge/café...

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and got to sample almost all the onsens on offer. The rooms were well maintained and stocked with amenities. We appreciated the convenient and free shuttle service to go to dinner. Staff were friendly and spoke great english. The QR booking system for the onsens was easy to use.'

'Really nice hotel in every respect.'

'The facility was very nice and quiet. Perfect for a retreat with private bath and hot spring water inside. My room carpet floor had spots- I thought it was wet - the staff were extremely nice and friendly, however only one person I met able to speak English. I guess the place was more towards locals than international guests. Overall. It was a good experience.'

'It is a clean and affordable hotel. The space is slightly small. It is not near a major train station, but it is still manageable to get there.'

'Great hotel, we stayed 5 days. Location was good, close to Osaka central station. Very friendly staff.'
