The apartment, equipped with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms, offers well-kept and functional interiors. Within the residence, the swimming pools are spread across multiple levels and areas, ensuring space and privacy for all families. They are open from June 1st to September 30th. Swimming caps are required.



Guests can also use the tennis courts (upon request at the residence reception) and the children’s playground.



A self check-in service is available: a few days before arrival, guests will receive all the necessary instructions for accessing the accommodation independently.



At check-in or a few days prior, guests may be asked to pay a tourist tax, the amount of which depends on local regulations.

The village is dominated by the Rocca di Manerba, a scenic promontory overlooking the lake, perfect for relaxing walks in the Nature Park, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Garda and its islands.



The apartment is approximately 20 minutes by car from Desenzano train station and 40 minutes from the nearest airport.
