Villetta Lea is a cozy, simple, recently renovated vacation home located in San Pietro in Bevagna, a few steps from the beautiful beaches of the renowned Ionian coast of Upper Salento.
Fully fenced, the house is equipped with the main accessories including air conditioning, TV, washing machine, electric oven, microwave, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, mosquito nets, gratings.
The large yard is equipped with barbecue, outdoor shower and parking spaces. Villetta Lea offers up to 7 beds. Pets allowed.

The covered veranda is spacious and livable, equipped with a kitchenette and dining room for outdoor dining, equipped with ceiling blades, refrigerator and washing machine.
The entrance to the house is into a bright kitchen, equipped with dining table, TV and air conditioning.
 
 
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, one double, one single, and one quad with a double bed + bunk bed. There are a total of two shower rooms: one indoor and one serving the outdoors.
 
Newly renovated, Villetta Lea is the perfect choice for those who want a vacation under the banner of relaxation and tranquility, just a few meters from the sea.
You can also park your car inside the property.

Villetta Lea lies in the northern part of San Pietro in Bevagna, about 1 km from the beaches and the seafront.
San Pietro in Bevagna is one of the most popular resorts on the Ionian coast of Upper Salento, falling within the territory of Manduria and famous for its crystal-clear waters and golden sandy beaches, interspersed with stretches of Mediterranean scrub.
Here the sea is clear and the soft sand dunes give way to long stretches of free beach.
The village retains an authentic and relaxed atmosphere, far from mass tourism, but still offers restaurants, well-equipped lidos and all the essential services for a comfortable vacation.
The location is also strategic for visiting the Salento, including sea, traditions and excellent cuisine.

- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
