Room 3 is a private double room in The Manchester Manor, redecorated as part of the full 2026 refurbishment.

One high quality double bed, dressed in fresh linen, sleeps two guests. The room has its own en-suite finished in marble-effect tiling with a walk-in shower, a wall-mounted TV, a desk for laptop work and a lock on the bedroom door.

High-speed Wi-Fi runs throughout the house. A washer and dryer are available on site for longer stays, and there is gated off-street parking at the side of the property.

Guest Access:
During your stay at The Manchester Manor you will have complete private access to your ensuite bedroom and bathroom which are reserved exclusively for you. In addition to your private quarters you are welcome to utilise the onsite laundry facilities to keep your clothes fresh throughout your visit. You will also have full access to high speed wireless internet throughout the property to ensure you stay connected at all times. To access the property, you will need to complete a verification process. A £250 refundable security deposit or £35 non-refundable damage waiver will be required. This will be completed through a guest portal, which will be provided once the booking has been made.
