We were told our FOBs were programmed for parking and that we should go down to the front desk and have them reprgrammed. The FOBs don't work for parking. You need another clicker. « After having a less than ideal stay at a different Global Luxury/Churchill location, I read the reviews for this building and decided to give them an opportunity to leave a better impression. One of the existing reviews shares of a broken bed, I may’ve gotten the same unit they stayed in, as my bed was broken as well (the bed frame, specifically). « If you're looking for a nice, clean place to rest your head with the most comfortable bed you've probably ever slept on then this is your place. Cute decor. I did feel like there was no where for me to set my stuff out. All the surface space had decorations. Not a bad thing it just didn't seem very practical for the way I usually do things but I managed just fine. Nice neighborhood clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. « The mattress in the bedroom is horrible. I am handicap, so I ended up sleeping on the pull out couch in the living room instead. It had better support than the bed. It was quiet, clean and I felt safe as a single woman. The entering and exiting the property was difficult. One fab for parking garage and one for room. « Just like it was in the pictures, clean and nice, everyrhing with check in and check out was straightforward and easy. Worked well for kids (ages 6-10). 12 min drive to Vienna metro to get into DC, which worked grear. Affordable great option! »
