'The location was perfect for walking to the Metro and places to eat. It felt very safe, even walking at night. We enjoyed being so close to the Washington and Old Dominion Trail and rented bikes from a nearby Capital Bikeshare station to explore. One thing that was confusing is the check in—you need to fill out a form online with your personal details before check in. Upon arrival, press “Leasing Office” on the door pad to call the front desk to be let in. We arrived at night and were confused...

Spotlessly clean, well appointed, and beautiful grounds to enjoy. Nidia is a perfect host, ensuring that we had everything we needed, and checking in to ensure that our stay was perfect. For those who want a space close to DC that includes an incredibly peaceful environment, this is your spot!'

'All went well, check in was easy and space was clean and cozy. Great communication with the owner. Loved that our 18 year old had his own space at night with the extra room. Nice big and fully stocked kitchen since we cook all our own meals. The living room space was comfortable for all of us to just hang out. The view with the large windows was pretty and relaxing. Great find!!!'
