The space
Spacious and inviting, this vacation house is perfect for family getaways and large groups. It features roomy bedrooms, a cozy living area, a shared pool for cooling off, and a spacious veranda for unwinding. Just a few meters from the sea, the house offers a relaxing view from the veranda. Instead of white sand, the beach has a natural pebbled shoreline, adding to its unique coastal charm.

- We have a minimum 2 night stay. If you will book for 1 night only, we charge an additional 500 pesos to the total cost.
- We can accommodate up to 20 guests for this vacation house.

📌 The house is spacious and we can accommodate up to 20 people. We have plenty of floor mattresses available.
📌 This house is exclusively for use only. However, please note that the pool is shared with guests from our other property.
📌Please note that we are not a resort, so we do not offer the range of facilities you might find at a resort. Please message us for specific inquiries.
📌 We don’t have a dedicated service vehicle to pick you up from the port. However, jeepneys and motorelas are available in the port. We can also connect you with a jeepney/van/multicab operator if needed.
📌 The house and pool are reserved exclusively for registered guests. Unauthorized visitors are not allowed. If you wish to change the number of guests, please let us know.
📌 If you need additional towels, we charge a small fee of 50 pesos each towel.
📌 We don't have free breakfast. However, the kitchen has a fridge, gas stove, and cooking utensils you can use to prepare your meals.
📌 There is a small eatery near our place called Rolemz Kitchenette which serves lunch and dinner. They can also cater breakfast if arranged in advance.
📌 Our place is a 10-minute ride away from Mambajao town center.
📌 Please maintain cleanliness. Before you check out, please throw your trash in the trash bin and wash used cooking and eating utensils.
