The food and drinks were of excellent quality, and we especially appreciated the breakfast, which was diverse and well prepared. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The amenities are plentiful and very well maintained, contributing to a relaxing and comfortable stay. The location is good: the beach is only a short walk away, and there’s both a supermarket and a bus stop nearby, making it easy to reach Heraklion in about 15 minutes. Overall, Alsus Boutique Hotel combines modern comfort, warm hospitality, and convenience in a perfect way. We would gladly stay again and highly recommend it to others."
