The space
''Spacious Mint Luxury Villa'' is set in Theseus Private Beach Village with panoramic views of Heraklion and the endless blue of the Mediterranean, offering our guests a truly luxurious experience with guaranteed privacy ensuring they have a wonderful and relaxing time in Crete.
Theseus Beach Village features an Olympic-size swimming pool, a private beach and a private marina. It has two large bedrooms with anatomical mattresses for deep and relaxing sleep. The spacious lounge area with comfortable sofa and open plan modern kitchen offers all the amenities to prepare from a vibrant breakfast to a romantic dinner that you can enjoy under the beautiful colours of the sunset or candles. The outside area consists of a cozy dining room and a modern lounge area with a gas bbq where you can grill anything you like!
Meticulous and efficient cleaning has always been on our minds for our visitors. But today it is even more critical, as we all aim to reduce the spread of SarsCov-2 infection. To re ensure the hygiene and disinfection of the property, we list below some of the actions that take place in the apartment between the departures and the arrivals of our customers in order to keep in high standards a clean and healthy environment so as to make you feel safe and comfortable in all areas of the house.
1. All rooms are ventilated for at least three hours of cleaning.
2.First we clean with soap detergents and water to remove dirt and after we disinfect with Special antibacterial cleaners in combination with bleach and alcohol 70% min.to properly kill germs on all surfaces and counters as also in individual sanitary areas such as toilet- bathroom, bedrooms and kitchen.
3. We Wash all linens at the highest heat setting recommended by the manufacturer.
That includes bed sheets, mattress covers, hand and bath towels, kitchen towels, and blankets.
4. We carefully remove any visible dirt or grime from sofas, carpets, curtains and other soft porous surfaces and then use the appropriate cleaner for the material. If possible, machine-wash items according to the manufacturer’s instructions
5. The vacuum cleaner bag is emptied after each cleaning.
Our ultimate goal is to offer you a completely hygiene environment that will make your stay, safe and enjoyable.
Guest access
All the guests have free access to the common share pool and the private beach that overlooks Heraklion city. The private village ''Theseus'' is 24 hours secured with controlled access entrance with private security for your safety. Pool bars and snack restaurant is also available for your convenience!
