Accommodation, Layout, and Equipment

With an area of 35 square meters, on the third floor of a recently renovated building and with a capacity of up to 4 people, it is a very charming and special accommodation, decorated with great care and attention to the smallest details.

At the entrance, you will first find a fully equipped bathroom separate from the rest of the property. A small hallway leads you to the main room of the studio, where on your left, you will find a wooden table for four diners, and at the back, a fully equipped kitchen with matte white tones and metallic trimmings. Additionally, you will have a beige two-seater sofa easily convertible into a double bed (150x190cm) for your relaxation, and next to a huge interior window, a queen-size double bed (150x190cm) with bedside tables on either side and a beautiful navy blue headboard.

Equipment and facilities: Elevator, satellite LED TV with more than 200 international channels, High-Speed WiFi Internet (600Mbps symmetrical from PTV Telecom), cold and hot air conditioning, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, juice extractor, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, complete set of kitchenware and utensils, bed linens, towels, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer.

Located in a completely rehabilitated building, it is next to one of the most emblematic places in the city, Alcazabilla Street, where you can find the Alcazaba, the Roman Theater, and the terrace of the famous Bodega El Pimpi. Just a few meters from the studio, you will find the bustling Plaza del Obispo, presided over by the Cathedral of the Incarnation. The place where the studio is located, Císter Street, is part of one of the traditionally most frequented areas of Malaga's life, due to the large number of small businesses, restaurants, tapas bars, and museums that the neighboring pedestrian streets offer. You can explore them to enjoy the true essence of this Mediterranean city.
