'The hotel location is a bit isolated especially without a car. The staff is very friendly . The rooms designed and built with wood cinder blocks are original yet poorly isolated . Next door their was a family with 2 small children and despite the obvious crying you could also clearly hear all that was going on , all sounds come through the ceiling rafters'

'Overall this is a super hotel in a great location - next to the river and right in the older part of Melaka. The staff are excellent. There are a couple of minor 'howevers' from our 4 night stay: the bar wasn't open at all; and the restaurant was focused entirely on providing iftar buffet suppers. But, when, on 2 of the nights we stayed, we explained that we were staying in the hotel and wanted to eat in the restaurant (from the a la carte menu), the restaurant staff bent over backwards to...

'Het hotel was prachtig. Het ontbijt zeer uitgebreid en het zwembad geweldig. Wat wel jammer is dat sinds Corona alle winkels in het gebouw dicht zijn. Nu moesten we een stukje wandelen om naar het leukere gedeelte van Malacca te komen. We hebben erg genoten van onze dagen in dit hotel. '

'La sera a mezzanotte mi arriva un addebito di una cifra random sulla carta da parte delll’Hotel che era stato pagato interamente al mio arrivo . Si sono ovviamente scusati dopo che ho fatto notare il fatto ma ugualmente il fatto che un dipendente a mezzanotte ha preso dal sistema l mi carta e senza motivo ha addebitato una cifra a caso mi ha lasciata con l’amaro in bocca.
