'Booked this hotel for a 2nd time for my aunt and uncles first time at the dells and they loved it. The pool is warm both indoor and outdoor & the tickets for the zoo were a major plus. Stay was clean and employees are always welcoming and quick with service.'

'The room was spacious the staff was very friendly and would say hi to you when you walked past them and the tv had your name on it and you could also log onto your Netflix and prime video account and eat your show while on vacation which is pretty awesome because when I would do to a different hotel you should need to watch it on your phone those steaming services'

'This was our second stay at Natura Treescape Resort, and this time we opted for a hotel room for easier bathroom access. The cabins are fun, but they are truly more like camping since you have to walk to the bathhouse for the toilet or shower. We love having so many swimming options right on the resort property, plus access to Land of Natura, Aloha Beach, The Vue, and Timbavati Wildlife Park. When you’re swimming in the lagoon, it honestly doesn’t feel like you’re in Wisconsin.'

'Jetted tub in the room was nice and worked great. Very convenient location to downtown Wisconsin Dells. Property could use some updates and maintenance. Breakfast had a few decent options like cereal, eggs, sausage, hash browns no bacon though😔. Overall was a decent stay.'

'I booked a king suite with jetted tub. Immediately upon entering the room the deep smell of cigarette use permeated the room. There were two chairs in the suite part of the room that were severely worn and old and large areas of stains on the carpeting. Walking into the bedroom section the cigarette use smell only worsened although there was an attempt to mask the smell with heavy air fresheners, to no effect. I had just driven 8 hours to the location and was very fatigued and tired and sat...

'Rented 5 rooms for family. Everything was perfect except that all 5 room floors were dirty. Walking on the floors turned everyone’s (17 people) feet black. Recommend providing each room with a broom and dustpan to sweep up the sand that gets tracked in. Rooms were clean otherwise. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. 4 pillows per bed. All 5 families said they would definitely stay again.'

'Unique the rooms with balcony. Loved it very much. The Boathouse restaurant was very good. This hotel is excellent and people have a heart for their job. Nothing to change for me.'

'Quiet in the DELLS is hard to find but this was perfect. Busy with families and groups but very family oriented and peaceful. The rooms are the ultimate quiet. We never heard a neighbor or doors slamming or kids running. We will stay again'

'This location is the BEST for downtown, right off the strip. Clean pool!! Upstairs rooms facing the road are the best. Beds and pillows comfortable. They have ROKU TV..if you don't know how to use it, it's hard to get going. Not alot of extra outlets in the room. No USB ports. My only complaint is the shower...we found black hairs in tub and the tub was not draining right. The shower was a little difficult to figure out. I would definitely stay here again..'

'Free kayaks to use Grills were being worked on but one was working Fridge was froze up but replaced it same day. Didn't care for geese and ducks on the beach. We didn't go into the water at all.'
