Villa's in Magenta Shores

'The superior queen room was comfortable and clean. The water pressure and hot water was good. The bed was huge ( looked like a king is was so vast) and comfortable and we were warm even though the weather was cool ( winter). We had a partial southwest view of the lake which was lovely at sunset. No disturbances from corridor noise on the 4th floor even though it was a Friday and Saturday night. The Tesla charger didn’t fit our new EV which was disappointing however there were NRMA chargers...

'Staff were really friendly and attended for the queries quickly. The building was a bit outdated but overall it’s good. The location was the best thing!!'

'This place has just been taken over . The room was clean and had problems but we enjoyed it. Good luck to new managers.'

'Staff were great, check in was easy, restaurant staff were great too. Shared toilets were quite basic, the door to one set of bathrooms cannot be closed so if you're brushing your teeth (in the very small basin) or something and someone walks past in the hallway they can see you so there's not much privacy. The ceiling fan in our room was extremely rickety making for it being very noisy and looking like it was about to fall apart. Good for singles out couples just to crash for one night.'

'Property was under construction with no sign out front, took a few passes to identify it was our accommodation. Location was nice, has potential for future when construction complete. King bed was a bit soft for my liking, but still comfortable Toaster, microwave, jug, plates etc supplied. Toilet was not secured so banged on wall. Shower was terrible with water pipes vibrating so bad was making water pulsate. Was lectured by staff that I should have rung because booking forum didn't show...

'The pool and gym amenities and food and drink options in Club and the fast food nearby made the grandkids very happy and only a few minutes drive to beach.'

'Easy and fast check in! We stayed as a quick overnight after exhausted travel, and we had such a great night sleep. We stayed in a room with a queen and a single for our toddler, and even he had a great sleep. The room was very fresh and clean, with a microwave, kettle and toaster. The wonderful lady who checked us in also checked us out and she was so lovely! We booked randomly because they had availability, but we would definitely stay again and recommend!'

'Fantastic place to stay. The young man who checked us in was very friendly and helpful.'
