'Had a fantastic 2 night stay for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Our lodge was lovely, a bit tired but spotlessly clean with stunning views overlooking the Loch. The staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. On arrival we were greeted by Arthur the Concierge, he was so lovely, helpful & extremely knowledgeable about the Castle and surrounding areas. His colleague Mike was also lovely & very helpful. 'Lovely accomodation with nice big rooms. Our room was located at ground level and a bit noisy due to the wooden floors above. The hotel has nice terraces and lounge areas. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room could be cleaner (cobwebs hanging from the high ceilings - other than that the room was clean). Nice darkening curtains.'
