Newly renovated 40 m2 apartment 200 meters from the Atocha train station. In a quiet area very well connected to several metro stations in the surrounding area.

With everything you need to have a pleasant stay and be able to disconnect and enjoy with your partner or friends, in this equipped space you will feel at home.

As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces:

- A living area where you can find:

-> A dining area
-> A kitchen open to the living room

- A room with a double bed

- A bathroom with shower

AC available in the whole apartment.

It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest.

- Legal registration of travelers according to Decree 1513/1959 and Decree 450/1975.
- For legal reasons, we need the identification data of all travelers over 15 years of age.
- It will be requested only for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival.
- Failure to provide the requested information prior to arrival will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
