SLEEP Nuñez de Balboa by STAY is in the Salamanca district, next to the metro station from which it takes its name and the Paseo de la Castellana. A comfortable and exclusive area full of restaurants, small shops and boutiques and just over 25 minutes away from the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. Walking a bit further, you can easily reach the always lively Gran Vía or the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum.

SLEEP Nuñez de Balboa by STAY has welcoming apartments, carefully decorated and fully renovated in Nordic style. With 105m2 lovingly decorated in Nordic style, equipped with air conditioning and heating. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms with capacity for 4 people. The main bedroom has a double bed a walking closet and private bathroom, while the second bedroom has double bed. The two bathrooms also have rain shower devices.

A fully equipped kitchen, with fridge, ceramic hob, oven and integrated microwave, gives way to the living room, where we find a table for shared meals, a sofa bed and a Smart TV. All bedrooms have bedding and a set of towels for each guest.

We provide an in-house cleaning team for frequent or occasional cleaning services. Monthly utilities are not included in the reservation rate which represents 130€/month.

The signing of a lease by both parties is required before check-in time. Lease agreements on commercial premises that are owned and leased by businesses, in which the name of the tenant who will occupy the property, is not specified are subject to 21% VAT addition to the monthly rent.
