The staff was super friendly, everything that we needed (yes, shopping is a need) was within walking distance, and the cleanliness was above par. The workout area was one of the better that I have seen at a Best Western, and the shower/bathtub in our room was awesome. 'The staff was great, especially NICK. He took the time to listen to our needs and was able to accommodate us. My kids loved the indoor water park, and we loved the jacuzzi. Open the BAR! That would be great for the parents while the kids swim. '
