Maison Vilas 4CH près de Camp Randall, Meriter & hôpitaux UW

4-bedroom / 1.5-bath house in Madison’s Vilas neighborhood — one block from Camp Randall, a short walk to Monroe Street, Vilas Park, and the zoo.
This is the main house at 1618 Jefferson Street. It is a separate rental from the small efficiency loft on the same property. You get the house: living and dining rooms, kitchen, four bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and access to the yard. The loft has its own entrance and is not part of this booking.
The house

Classic Vilas layout: large living/dining area with a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, a flexible main-floor room (den / fourth bedroom), half bath on the main level, and bedrooms upstairs with a full bath. Quiet residential block, easy walk to game day, restaurants, and the lakes.
Location

Camp Randall Stadium — about a block
Monroe Street shops, coffee, and restaurants
Henry Vilas Zoo and Vilas Park / Lake Wingra
UW–Madison campus
UnityPoint Health–Meriter and SSM Health St. Mary’s — nearby on Park Street
UW Hospital, American Family Children’s Hospital, and the VA — short drive or bike (do not plan to walk that campus from this address)

Good for

Family stays, visiting faculty, traveling medical staff, and groups who want a whole house instead of a hotel or the loft next door.
