'The house was just not a comfortable place to stay. Apart from the bedrooms, everything was not as clean as it should be. By the time the shower glass is rusted, (looked dirty) it’s time to replace it! Screen door fell off one hour after arrival. I know it’s meant to be a retro house, but it needs a bit more work on it.'

'MacMasters Beach is such a nice place to visit. The beautiful beach is a short walk away from the property and the owners and neighbours were so welcoming, would love to go back. The room is beautifully finished and everything has been thought of to make your stay as easy and relaxing as possible.'

'We had a great time at The Mac Shak. The house is really well appointed, with lots of helpful information for guests, plus games, dvds, books. The garden is completely enclosed and safe for dogs, our pup loved sniffing around and exploring, and our kids loved toasting marshmallows around the fire. I loved sitting on the deck in the morning, looking out at the trees and listening to the birds. It's a charming little place with lots of character. We would stay here again if we're in the area.'
