Very clean, well-kept accomodation.
Friendly people.
Very good location close to the castle, city centre, bus stop, railway station. Beautifully located near a canal.
Negative, the window did not close. No breakfast. Light from hallway shines through cracks in door. No one around during day time, one has to walk to the "mother house" to have contact with a person.

Great location to explore the city or if you have a concert at the Principality Stadium. We did both! The rooms are very clean, just s big shame there’s no air conditioning. When asked ventilators are available. We only had breakfast 2 of the 4 nights. it was just too hot in the breakfast room. Please keep in mind that we where there when it was 30+ degrees during our visit. The staff was very friendly!

"Beautifull venue, great and very friendly personell. Great room. One minor point, we had a room in the attic and with 30+ and only a ventilator is was very very hot for a long time into the night. But that is the only minor point the staff made up for it in friendlyness and service."
